How early should we confirm our booking?
For structured events, we recommend confirming 2–4 weeks in advance. For larger weddings or corporate functions, 4–8 weeks is ideal to secure production slots, staff, and logistics without compromise.
Can menus be customized?
Yes. Menus are built around your brief, but always within what our kitchen can execute at a high and consistent level. We do not accept concepts that cannot be delivered properly on-site.
Do you handle staff, setup, and buffet flow?
Our service includes trained staff, buffet and station layouts, and guest flow planning. We coordinate with your venue to ensure access, power, timing, and hygiene standards are all aligned.
What is your typical guest capacity?
We handle a wide range from intimate private dinners to large receptions. Capacity is confirmed only after reviewing date, menu, location, and production requirements to maintain standards.
Is a tasting or kitchen visit possible?
For qualified projects, we can arrange a focused tasting or menu review. This is structured to reflect the actual event setup, not a separate restaurant-style experience.
